“As we know, the 17th hole is a long tee shot to an elevated green. Very hard to hold the green even if you can make the distance and accuracy. I purchased a new Callaway Elyte 7 wood specifically for this purpose, as it gives a 3 iron distance (172m) with a lot more loft. I picked it up at the start of this round.
The shot was perfect, a little right to left, two hops and we watched it go in.
