Notice is hereby given that the SEVENTY-SEVENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Green Acres Golf Club will be held at the Clubhouse, 51 Elm Grove, Kew East, on Monday 4th August at 7.00pm.
Business
- Confirmation of the Minutes of the Seventy-Sixth Annual General Meeting held on 5th August 2024.

- Receipt and adoption of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2025.

- Declaration of election of Officers and other Directors for the year 2025-26.
A vote is required for the available positions of Vice Captain (one) and Director (four).
In accordance with clause 37 of the Clubs Constitution “as far as practicable, after any election of directors, taking into account any sitting director, four of the five directors will comprise the two candidates of each gender who have received the highest number of votes if applicable” and clause 41 a) ” then the members nominating and considered elected” both Fiona Bunting and Genevieve Moss will be elected without requiring a vote.
Brian Wasley will be elected President unopposed being the only nominee.
A separate email communication regarding this year’s voting process and nominees will be sent to eligible voting members, with the voting beginning on Monday, July 14th.

The Minutes of the Seventy-Sixth Annual General Meeting held on Monday 5th August 2024 will not be read at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Copies of these Minutes are available online and for Member perusal at the office.
Voting Rights
All Members, except Junior U18 Members, Honorary, Temporary, Special, Neighbour and Absentee Members are entitled to be present and vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Members are entitled to one (1) vote, either via electronic means for Director positions (in accordance with the Club’s Constitution), via authorised proxy (in accordance with the Club’s Constitution) or in person on the night for listed business items.
Proxies
Any Member entitled to attend and vote may appoint in writing another Member (who is entitled to be present) as proxy. Proxies are available for collection at reception. Proxies must be returned either by post or in person to the General Manager by 5.00pm on Sunday 3rd August 2025.
Members please note:
Members are requested to advise the General Manager in writing seven (7) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting of any query relating to the financial accounts or other Club matters on which further information may be required. Such information will be extracted from the records and be available at the Annual General Meeting.
