Clubhouse refurbishment update

I wish to advise members that the Clubhouse interior will be painted over the next two weeks.

Painting will commence Monday 6 January in the dining room and lounge areas. 

The schedule (at this time) will be as follows;

• 6 & 7 – January Members lounge and dining room
• 8 January – finish lounge/dining, start function foyer & toilets
• 9 January – Boardroom and foyer
• 10 January – Foyer
• 13 & 14 January – Members bar
• 15, 16 & 17 January – Foyer, hallway, complete unfinished internal areas.

Please be advised, this schedule may change however we will keep members updated as best we can.

Whilst the Members bar is being painted, all hospitality will be provided in the members lounge. Please follow any directional signs that are in place during these works.

Clubhouse furniture

At this stage the new furniture will not be arriving until early February. We had hoped all deliveries of furniture would be realised in January however this is now not the case. Members will be advised once delivery dates have been confirmed.

Carpet

We have been advised our new carpet will arrive in Australia the week ending 19 January. At this stage we do not have an install date however I will advise members accordingly as soon as a start date has been confirmed. 

Lighting

Suppliers have advised that there is likely to be a small delay with the delivery of the new lights being installed. We were expecting the lights to be delivered and installed in January however it looks more like a February delivery and install at this point.

External painting

No date has been set for the exterior painting however we envisage this to start once the interior has been completed.
