Unfortunately, on Thursday night, 19th of December, we had trespassers come and vandalize the 13th & 14th greens. The damage was quite significant which required most of the staff spending most of today repairing the green for play whilst preparing the green to be returfed. Replacement turf has been ordered and is due to arrive on Monday, 23rd of December. In all, 50 square meters of pure distinction will be relayed to the damaged areas. The vandals also removed 4 flag poles, flags and cups from the greens.
As the course staff make their way through the course lifting the sprinkler heads, to minimise the impact of your ball potentially hitting rope barriers, they will now place a singular stake in a “No Play Zone”.
These areas will be painted in blue to indicate where you cannot play from. Please also make sure you are not walking or driving over any area within the blue painted lines.
