MOVEMBER – Supporting Men’s Health

Green Acres has been supporting Movember for the past few years, a worthy cause that many are familiar with. Mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer are all issues that Movember attacks head-on.

Most will remember Green Acres member Roger Grigg, who sadly passed away in 2020 after a long battle with prostate cancer.

Roger was an ardent supporter of Movember, and his legacy continues at Green Acres with the “Monday Boys” donating annually and his wife Irene and son Andy continuing to advocate for the Movember movement.
